Fleetline Marlin with Evinrude Outboard
Marine, Inc. was a California based company importing high quality scale model toy boats from Japan in the 1950’s.  Their highest sought after models by collectors are the Marlin, Sea Rocket and Zephyr.    The Marlin is an outboard cabin cruiser with a red canvas Bimini top, watertight plastic hull, and wood cabin and deck.  Lift off the cabin to find the battery compartment to drive the electric motor.  Fleetlines were made for play so are often found “beat up”.  We are offering this Fleetline Marlin in very good condition paired with an Evinrude electric outboard.  The Marlin does have some minor paint crazing on the front deck.  The motor is highly collectible on its own right, in good exterior condition, but we cannot make it work with a battery.  Truly one of Jack’s favorite models in the entire store!
